Gotcha on the service providers, Max. I forgot you're pretty isolated. Verizon should take care of you, but you'll probably have to put up a fight like you said.

When global warming reaches your part of the country, I will indeed visit it, Max. However, the major shrinkage that awaits as one takes a dip in the ocean scares me a little. I prefer my water around 80-85 degrees (although Lake Michigan here gets to about 78-degrees tops in the middle of the summer).
