"CIEN is not acting right" Funny, I was saying the exact same thing when it rocketed to these recent astronomical heights, adding 5, 6, 7, or even 9 points a day last couple weeks. Kept saying to myself (and others), something is not right. Why the strength? Irrational Exuberance! I still see CIEN as way overvalued. Should be trading in the low twenties. IMO. Best Regards, KT
