First--there will be no vote, a tender is an offer to submit your shares for redemption at the tender price. To vote (don't tender). I would think that a large competitor would make a better bid to keep Micron out of the sever mkt. It would be worth millions more to keep them out and make them spend heavily to enter that mkt. Besides the entrance cost there are picking up an installed base of clients, which makes this deal too sweet. (Just my thoughts--not intended to be investment advice)
