My Granny used to make this style of greens with either spinach or swiss chard......used only garlic and salt and pepper.......I would gag just looking at it.....but the smell was wonderful....

now.....I love it....less onions, more garlic, some red pepper flakes...good oils and salt-n-pepper.

Actually hard to beleive this would be so good.
