Appeals Court decision could come anytime...according to a line in this story below. I know it is not of an indication but I would take it as a sign that it would be soon. The sooner the ruling, the better the chances for Microsoft, IMHO. An adverse ruling (especially dealing with the breakup) would be too complicated to be handed down any time soon.
I hope they it is out by next week!

The seven-judge appeals court panel heard arguments on the case in February, and a ruling on the case could come at any time.
