IMHO, there is a lot of emotional selling by day traders and some of The Houses. The emotional 'daytraders' have long since burned up like celestial fireballs...I don't think the Houses operate on any emotion whatsoever. (Short)a VERY risky thing to do IMHO. In this market, either side is. One of the main stumbling blocks right now is the low institutional involvement, 4.59%. Hopefully the financials will differentiate OCPI from some of the more 'faddy' losers and cause it to come under serious accumulation.
