Cubix acquires additional Gemini shares Cubix Investments Ltd QBX Shares issued 36,906,491 Apr 26 close $0.43 Thu 26 Apr 2001 News Release Also Gemini Energy Corp (GNI) Mr. Brad Carr reports Cubix has acquired through the exercise of share purchase warrants 2.7 million shares of Gemini Energy representing approximately 17.92 per cent of the outstanding shares of GNI. The company has also sold 600,000 previously held shares of GNI through the facilities of the Canadian Venture Exchange. As a result of these transactions, the company now owns 4.8 million shares of GNI, representing 31.85 per cent of its issued and outstanding shares. The securities acquired were for investment purposes. The shares disposed of were sold to generate working capital. The company may, depending on market and other conditions, increase or decrease its beneficial ownership of GNI securities, whether in the open market, by privately negotiated agreements or otherwise, subject to a number of factors, including general market conditions and other available investment and business opportunities.
