No problem on condition one. We may have some trouble teaching our youngsters what mph is but they all drive like hell no matter where they are so it will only be an issue for them in traffic court. With regard to condition two. Ten months of the year it is just ot cold for that kind of exposure so I doubt it will be a problem. As for the other two months of the year ................ the ten cold ones give all Canadian males over twelve years of age an intuitive understanding of the term "shrinkage". Most Canadian males have large enough egos that the fear of the same precludes such attire.
