A friend of mine works for HOMS and is getting paid for doing nothing. The management really does not have it together. They acquired too many companies too fast & gobbled up most of the competition... but their realitor customers absolutely hate the company. They probably will make lots of money since they are so huge. Just an example of how their management does not have it together... since the IPIX deal, they hired several IPIX sales people. A handful of the new hires are sitting at home doing absolutely nothing for the last few months. Some of these employess are making excess of $100k per year. Some have not yet been assigned to an office nor have they been given anything to do. My friend only hears from the company once every couple of weeks. NOT BAD! Where can I find a job like that?
