The person I spoke of is the gentleman who designed and maintained the website not the person in the San Diego office although he was shafted too. The product does exist and yes it works to a degree but Jeff is being taken to court over the rights of using it by the inventor Pro Hart. Pro's legal representitives have been in touch with me and stated the the man is going to do time. Also the device only works on carborators not fuel injection regardless what Jeff say's. And it raises your carb up about an inch and many vehicles can't shut the hood. The fuel savings stated are over the top and the device has never been in a lab situation. I know all this because I'm one of a very few that had the device and helped put them together. To my surprise Jeff and Lynn are in the USA now. Selling his shares no doubt.
