I think revisiting and reminding people of this decision is important: Anyone who happens to inadvertently run a red light or drive above the posted speed limit, is now subjected to arrest and if they have minors in their vehicle, then those children may also be taken into to custody....... All at the discretion of the Police Officer who charges the driver with the "crime"....and all done before the driver has his or her day in court... The USSC said it's okay.... not comforting, is it?...
