Jorj- Sure hope metro gear takes off because it seems access keeps ploding steadily along. Wouldn't it be a kick if it turns out that the SP spending has simply shifted dramatically away from the core into the next two levels closer to the customer. Everyday some big firm comes out and trashes telecom. It's a regular occurance that's almost to be expected every morning. The way wall street paints it, ALL telecom is DEAD.

It's just amazing to me these SAME firms valued telecom equipment startups in the BILLIONS of dollars. Yet one year and a couple of months later, you can hardly give them away. What happened to all their projections?<vbg> -MikeM(From Florida)
