Use your most excellent network to get into something that makes money. Expand your definition of 'enhanced services' to include things that people really want and need such as software and hardware to access your network and give it the functionality that is only possible with what you do. Why give all the gravy to others and keep only the scraps for yourself?

Maybe open your own web to phone portal. If anyone can make it profitable, you the lowest cost network can, and you certainly would not be competing against your customers there. You already lost them all.

Your network is basically a low latency interactive network. There are great uses for this besides voice such as games etc. With your network, you would bring interactivity in online gaming to new levels of low latency and increased performance. There are probably other uses too such as feedback for controlling various computer controlled systems over the internet that require very low latency.

Don't plan on getting bought out. Just as you are willing to let weaker carriers die, stonger ones will be willing to let you die.

Think of a phone company you would like to be as successful as. I bet it does retail.
