Where ALTACHEM PHARMA will be in the next TWELVE MONTHS:
My feeling after my personal visit to Edmonton and after meeting the people behind the company,
IMO, FIVE will happen very fast. TEN will still be cheap, but the future is UNLIMITED...
I think that things will be getting together very fast in the next couple of months. If you allow me to
put a tentative target for the next twelve months and this is only based on the present deals and
joint ventures, I would say that TWENTY FIVE to THIRTY dollars a share is achievable!!!
My estimates are based on:
The CASH FLOW of the company of 4.2 million = 1.9 million in cash plus another 1.3 million from
the exercising of the warrants and options plus 1 million when the ANTICORT human testing is
announced.
OVER $1,000,000 revenues from the manufacturing facilities in Edmonton (remember the burn rate
now is only $300,000 per year!)
UPDATE: Now there is the production of ACCU-MAB in Alberta
$150,000 net royalties from the PELLET CORE (before any drug formulation is added)
UPDATE: The China High Tech Facility is now operating PLUS the Phase II will be added shortly
for the drug formulation
$1,000,000 in net royalties = $375,000 in net royalties from each of the three ANTIBIOTICS
$300,000 estimated in net royalties from the BUFFERED ASPIRIN (Altachem Pharma gets 1.5%
royalties on the gross sales)
$100,000 estimated from the sales of the RAPID TEST in ASIA
I did not include the impact of the ANTICORT and the HCG MOLECULE since the testing could
take some time to mature...But once the phase I, II, and III are completed then the SKY IS THE
LIMIT !!!
The PELLET CORE is finally inaugurated at the end of March...How much revenues for the 1.2
billion people in China?
The Acquisition of the wordrights to the ACCU-MAB kits for detecting the whooping cough.
The certification of GMP and the ISO and EN seals of production. That is an international standard
for more than 150 countries world wide...
The ANTICORT production and the possible testing may be around the corner. Did you know that
33 million people are infected with the deadly AIDS disease?
The ANTICORT court case was settled few weeks ago. Altachem Pharma was confirmed that they
do have the canadian rights and options for the commonwealth countries. Now the SI USA will have
to give all the updates for their research on the ANTICORT to Altachem...
Today's news release for the letter of intent to acquire SONOLIGHT...
The HCG molecule or the ACP-HIP molecule now that the research is in full gear and we should
hear more about it soon...Altachem Pharma owns the wordwide rights to it!!!
Plus any possible new deals or joint ventures or new technologies will impact the growth...
Any MUTUAL FUNDS purchases will move the prices...
Any possible PRIVATE PLACEMENT ( up to 10 million shares) will increase the cash flow
tremendously!

as a scientific advisor. Today Dr. Madi is also the CEO of SONOLIGHT...Coincidences??? or just
