I like the population density figures!

Re: 44M. I think it has a different psychological effect now than it would have had before the dump. I think it is reasonable for people to be asking themselves if there isn't another to be expected up ahead and if that isn't a cap on the market until it's over and this just adds to that. And this keeps buyers out and induces sellers to take what they can get now.

Just my feeling here>
