Sorry for taking so long to reply. Did not see this post for some reason. What would you give as the reason for the low stock price:
1) This court battle is going to take years. Thus, CCO is "dead money" for a while.
2) Do not expect CCO to win the court battle over the taking.
3) CCO will win the takings case but the settlement will be paltry (a few hundred million).

Any others?

I have been patient and will continue to be patient. I would like CCO to update their web site with factual information about the court proceedings but I guess that is asking too much. It sort of bothers me that I have to find out from the message board that a hearing is taking place. I would much rather hear that from CCO.

Anyway, good luck with your portfolio and with CCO.
