GDP is misleading: domestic growth minus import growth

both are weakening, which is doubly negative
and double negatives make for a positive in the world of mathematics
but not in the overview of spending generally

and dont forget that the world's worst statisticians compiled these numbers
with many strange assumptions to handle incomplete data
and weird incorrect seasonality
expect corrections and revisions to come later
