The hearing on the State's Motion to Dismiss did indeed take place and the Judge denied those motions. The State indicated that they will next file a Motion for a Summary Judgement (I believe they have 20 days to do so). These are pretty usual activities for anyone fighting a case aggressively. The Judge granted limited approval for the Royalty Holders to intervene in the case. I'm not sure if there is any additional stockholder participation ongoing in this case. So our case is chugging along through these Court proceedings in a pretty predictable fashion.

I guess the little blip in the stock price was in anticipation of the legal hearing and the Court rulings. So far, no big surprises.
