Maybe I'm a little confused, but I thought Biosafe was planning on reincorporating into Waste Systems International thus restructuring their capital structure (hence recapitlizing). Now that this is put on hold they will not recapitalize the corporation. Which leaves the problem of where they will raise the capital (through loans or new stock issuance). Does this sound correct? If not, then please explain the process.
