Thanks for the update! CCO should put you in charge of disseminating information since CCO does not seem able to update their own web site :-) A motion for Summary Judgement? What does that mean? Does it mean that the State wants the judge to render a quick decision against CCO? Could that backfire? What does "limited approval to intervene" (for the Royalty shareholders) mean? My God! We need a layer on this board who would be willing to take the time to answer these questions. Anyway, thanks again for the update. I wish I understood more of the court proceedings but I guess I should just be patient and wait in total ignorance :-) Will
