I'm not sure they are. The last time I looked, qcom was at 60, and aaoel (May 60 strike) were bid 4.80, which is 8% time premium on a 3 week call. I think that's fairly normal for Q.

Perhaps in the stock price, but I don't think in the options.

I'm past trying to predict such things. It only took me a year of being wrong 99% of the time to break me of the habit. But I will go out on a limb and suggest that time premium will always decline with the passage of time :-).
