Hi Scott, Normal business cycle stuff will eventually lift QQQ's stocks. Companies get overweight in good times and after the initial traumas of a down-cycle start to get lean again. That helps to make earnings look better all by itself. Then as the business cycle starts its next upward move, the market shifts from its over-sold position and starts back towards a new peak.

Even though I'm new to QQQ, generally I'm a very long term investor (think in terms of a decade). So, there's plenty of time to see some further cycles in QQQ. Chances are the QQQ stocks are going to have to "earn" their way back up this time. There's not as much P/E expansion to do the job this time.

Best regards, Tom
