Fred I agree that most of those are true advantages. They can help EBay continue to dominate the online auction industry. I just don't think it will be a big enough industry for EBay to ever make the kind of profit that would support sustained share price growth from this level. It might gain momentum again if dot.com plays ever come back in to favor. But how long can EBay sales and profits grow at an above normal rate? At some point EBay will be a mature business and I don't think that business will be big enough. I think EBay will grow and if I could get it much cheaper I might buy some but not at current prices.
