A Note Regarding Linda Kaplan's Banishment - Linda has asked me to pass along her regrets that she'll be unable to continue to pump this stock on this board due to being permanently banned from SI. It was unfortunate that she could not play nice, however you can still catch her over on the Yahoo! board if you should choose to amuse yourself with the gutter talk of that free and useless service. I feel bad for all of you who have invested in GEMS. It looks as though the company is not going to make it. A tip for future reference - if you should see Linda Kaplan pumping a stock on a message board, run the other way! It is a sure sign the stock is headed for oblivion. David Giacometti
