Microsoft Falls on Talk of Product Delay By TSC Staff 4/27/01 3:50 PM ET Microsoft (MSFT:Nasdaq - news) was down 2.8% in late afternoon after reports this morning that the company will push the release of its Windows XP software to October from August. Microsoft later confirmed its original timetable of a release sometime in the second half, but would not be more specific.
