I wish I had your answer when Sheriff Brienan told that story.

He, with 32 years on the job was having a coffee and donut with the police chief who had 26 years on the job. A rookie with 6 months under his belt, no crap, told them they looked bad eating donuts and coffee. The rookie got to mark LOTS of tires on parking patrol.
