It was not initially intended to be produced using SOI.>

I am sorry too, but this is just a bunch of BS. Care to disclose your secret sources?

Clawhammer was to sample on 180nm Cu in June, 2001 with volume kicking in in November, 2001. The 130nm conversion was planned for later.
