tradelite: loans on line, updated listings

The buyer was a computer freak and insisted on doing it this way. I said I wanted to see a preapproval letter. They gave me a shining one. I had no idea they didn't check his credit! I'd never heard of that before. I ended up suing the guy and won $7K from him.

I don't know why they don't update those listings. I don't place ads online, just the MLS. That is what really matters over here in LA. I asked the people where they were calling from.

I think homs might be good just to generate leads. I don't see people selling the actual homes that are advertised there through that site. The buyers will get so frustrated with the outdated listings and slow search engine that they'll gladly work with an agent. They have to anyway. I'm on cable so it's not a slow modem.

Test out the site. Look for a hypothetical home. Call the numbers, email and see what happens. Maybe things have changed recently. I kinda doubt it but ya never know.
