Stats77, Los Angeles is full of diesel smoke more than other pollution. Get rid of the diesel smoke and the city air would look a lot better. ZEV sounds cool but is expensive and unnecessary.

I don't believe Californians have been told just how expensive these ZEV things will be. Of course they want cleaner air [Los Angeles is disgusting]. There are sensible and foolish ways to get it.
