Ed, would such a scenario as above allow conversion of AXC class A common into iNextv/TV1de?

Perhaps I dont understand the play by play hypothetical here...but it reads to me as if the Class A shareholders could be left w/slim pickings w/o a convertability. Considering the large amount of shares that EB holds, I'd think that whatever is structured would be of benefit to us shareholders.
