res- Rush Limbaugh used some highly distasteful wisecracks pointed at Chelsea's appearance. He actually made fun of her physique and facial features. He was particularly distasteful because she was in her early teens at the time he mocked her.

Then prove it.

What I believe you think you heard was some satire taken to the sensitive extreme. The PC crowd has absolutely no sense of humor.
