I think there's a possibility you won't see a filing before the meeting. I can't think of any consequences at this time. And I'm still not sure that they aren't thinking of abandoning that road for a while and concentrating on building something that could actually realize value if and when it does, once again, reach a liquid market. Just my opinion, of course, and, for all I know, they all went fishin'...
