I mentioned the corporation in my French column on Mesfinances.com

I said at the beginning of this year on my French column, that insiders in the oil gas services sector were very confident. I named - if my memory is good - some names, like Delaney, Bowridge (one of my favorite), Total Energy (good gains since the beginning of the year) and PSI.

I like too IPEC, one of my recent picks of the month.

I have a new name - seems to be very promising - but for the moment I keep it for myself and it will be covered in one of my future issue.

Have a nice weed-end.

Gilbert Leblanc

p.s. I paste below an extract of my November 2000 Letter.

NOVEMBER 2000

In the last few months, investors have witnessed the extreme volatility of the financial markets. As we said before, this market is dangerous. Many stocks were so overvalued that at the first glimpse of a reduced growth rate, they collapsed very dramatically.

For many investors, some of our selections are "boring" stocks. It is true that corporations that transform fish, like Fishery Products International, or that make bricks, like Brampton Brick, are not in sectors where investors can expect exponential growth. On the other hand, many of the corporations that we cover in this letter are trading at cheap ratios; and we believe that over a 5-year time frame, investors will be rewarded with a nice rate of return from our selections while avoiding undue risk and preserving their capital.

We could have titled the November issue " THE GREAT NORTH SPECIAL" because it covers two corporations that do business in this remote part of our country.
