Hi Sam, Thanks for the news update. Actually I like CSD's if they're structured right. However, I never purchase them as face value, but instead like to buy them on the open market during times of "market trauma" as there's usually a nice discount to face value.

If the debt structure is good and the company can show good return on the way the money is deployed, this isn't usually a bad thing. We'll have to see how Wall Street reacts to the structure.
