Hi William. thanks for starting the thread and compiling the list of alternative energy companies. Would you consider the following change in the portfolio:? buy 1 share of each company on the same start date and use the closing price on that date. do this for all the stocks in the portfolio. this way we could monitor the performance of the stocks relative to each other. i did this on another thread: Subject 51071 thanks. larry
