Another thought on the SOI delay.

Considering the problems that Motorola has been having as of late, maybe Motorola has frozen their development of SOI on 0.13 micron and AMD is having to finish it up by themselves. That could easily result in a quarter or two delay and the deal with IBM is to get Barton up on off the ground...
