I won't argue with that post. So long as it says "we are not saying the same thing will happen". I don't see a breakdown of this rally going into the next fed cut. It's orderly and sustainable so far. And I'm not in the sox stocks so I minimize my risk there. Strictly tech value.

On one side we have energy prices, on the other we have oversold value, fed cuts and the gradual resumption of cap spending, as well as increased consolidation. Companies are downsizing, lean and mean. No one's saying we're going back to last year just another 10-15% here short-term and more in small tech dogs. Of course not all stocks will participate. But I believe tech value will.
