Doesn't this send a BIG signal to others who might think about working at INSP (or any company for that matter)....at any level??? What are the use of options if one is fired before one can exercise them??? Perhaps prospective employees of any company will have to check out SI and other sources to see what options were offered, and who was actually able to use them.
