TWY, or anybody else. What are the differences between Moto's and IBM's SOI 130nm process? From what I remember there aren't many. Maybe, the IBM agreement was to help with device physics, capacity or fabrication. If I had to guess, I would say that AMD has been working with both companies for quite some time to develop the SOI process. Kap
