Jeffry: Its the "other points to be made" that I'm interested in hearing. And I'm sure it would be beneficial for all of us to continue to discuss our own viewpoints. I have certainly appreciated your thought-provoking ideas. So, don't stop. It will be interesting to see how Henry is changing the criteria. The girl at their office said that she thinks his changes involve "industry groups" and a marriage of "merit ranking" with "relative strength." Let's keep tweaking. (g) John
