To all: I know this is off topic but I couldn't find a SI thread for Pacific Sunwear and I know that many holders of CLE also hold PSUN. PSUN announced an offering of over 800,000 shares today supposedly for new store openings, remodeling and operating expenses etc. Will this dilution of the stock bring this price down near term? Already down 1 1/2 today after a steady climb recently. Is it time to take short term profits on a coming pull back? Dan in Chgo
