I haven't noticed your whining lately. What happens when he lowers rates further and later this year the market still ends up in the toilet?

I guess you will just blame him for being too late to lower.

Funny how you only cry when he's not accommodating to your spending addiction.

Oh, and FWIW, those two mortgages, I paid off one of them a couple weeks ago. The other is a good deal. It's a rental and I can make more with the money in a savings account.
