Scumbria says the pipeline is all screwed up, even though he knows nothing about its "intimate details" If you were following you might remember Scumbria said Intel's original demo of an air-cooled 1.5GHz P4 on .18u process technology was "incredibly slimy". Message 12883165 Does anyone seriously think Athlon will scale to 10GHz? Meanwhile Sludgepumper continues to slip.... BTW, Otellini said McKinely uses 240 million transistors. Meanwhile AMD has never demonstrated the ability to manufacture any large die device. EP
