declare the world will not go into recession
state that energy prices should come down
make nice to everybody
and all the problems go away

sorry to be unconvinced
I am not really a naysayer, deepdown
OPEC was not in attendance
and Alan GreenSpurn will do whatever he thinks best
the Arabs want to increase their revenues
and GreenSnot takes his cues from a 1970's novelette

the main thing going now for the world economy is the end of the cold war
I have always thought that alone was worth 1-2% to the US GDP
the next big thing going for the world econ is a backdrop of a large US surplus
funny how everyone takes the giant surplus for granted
in 6-9 months, I doubt they will

the key is continued employment
if it drops much more, that will undermine real estate

we will see
meanwhile, back at the farm, the US economy might hit an airpocket very soon
with money supply is a mini down spiral, what will that bring shorterm?
