Mark, you missed it. EXDS common stock cannot out-perform its junk bonds, until 2008.
The Junk bonds could out-perform the common stock.
So, you get 15% on your investment while you're waiting.
Btw
If EXDS goes busto the junk bond holders get something in return while the common shareholders get Zippo!
