25 mid-managers at Microsoft declared bankruptcy this year due to mis-managing their stock option timing. These no-brainers are going to last a long time in re-organization.

Live by the sword, die by the sword. Too many of these outfits have gotten far too active in making the comings and goings of their stock price, central to their MO.
