I hear you perfectly. But, let me say this, simply put, I don't catch that many buzzphrases anymore. I will think outide the box and push the envelope to see if I can remember any that really matter. Buzzphrases are synergy, aren't they? Are we being co-opted putting them out there? You know what I am saying? Are we on the same page here? So let me run this up the flagpole and see if anyone salutes, In my opinion, we have a gathering of consensus that it's people. The organization is dominant in our culture. I don't think I am being politically correct in saying that. People matter. Let me recap. We have a community. What matters here is consensus. The majority say what goes. We are not here to reinvent the wheel. Time is money. Pmail me on this.
