Chris, Thanks for the explaination of Forward PE. (Eric, I've read a number of investing books, yet missed this...no question that I've got more to learn.) Chris, you mentioned the 30% stock buyback, has this already happened, in progress, or will it happen before the year end? Also, have you or anyone else on this thread got any comments on why REAL has been dropping these past few days? (Lucky me to have bought in at 16.5 - NOT.) Regards, Woodchuck
