2. Is the energy cost and system rationality of complex randomly organized systems too high to sustain functional feedback modalities? E.Charters, After considering this question for over a year. I must categorilly categorically say that in view of the miserable social and financial misery one can sense in the air energy costs couldn't be high enough. The market knows more as meets the eye and he advertises his mastery of Predictive Methodology every day but only few could see it live on their P.C displays.
