Cor, ask yourself, who led the Jedec effort to standardize SDRAM? INTC, if memory serves, and they were at the "birth party" of Rambus, knowing every single details of their IP, I would not be surprised if even unintentionally, some of RMBS's IP leaked into the specs. Once you read the "deadly menace" memo from IFX, this becomes more and more a certainty (VBG). Will the court see this that way? I am not sure, the technical action of the bu$$ recently, surely does not indicate that, but the technical action of the bu$$ can change on a dime. Zeev
